Newsletter Edition #337 [Editorial Update]
Readers,
For a few months every year, interested global health and journalism professionals, from different parts of the world join the Geneva Health Files Fellowship Program, where they get a flavor of reporting on global health policy-making, and getting a glimpse of the workings of media entrepreneurship.
I am delighted to announce the Geneva Health Files Fellows for 2026. As before, they represent a diversity in their backgrounds, and the regions they come from.
I look forward to working with them, and bringing their work to you.
In this edition, we also mapped all the fellows who have been a part of the Geneva Health Files Fellowship program during 2020-2025. As you will see below, we had as many as 40 professionals with varied expertise from around the world participating in this annual program. My colleague Julia Dötzer did the beautiful mapping below.
As a tiny newsroom, our work has been enriched by these professionals who have volunteered their time in writing for us. It has expanded the Geneva Health Files community. I am so grateful for their generosity. Over the years, some have stayed on with us, became regular contributors, advisors, and friends.
Check out our mapping of this growing community, and join me in welcoming the newest cohort.
Geneva Health Files offers value to our readers who are experts in global health. Tracking global health policy-making in Geneva is tough and expensive, without institutional support. For six years, we have provided you with the information and tools that directly contribute to your work in the field. We rely on our readers who value news they can use.
By becoming a paying subscriber you make our work possible. Our subscribers contribute towards greater accountability in global health.
More from the fellows and us!
Thanks!
Priti
